Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from sproutingpea.co.uk, which is operated by Sprouting Pea Ltd, Unit 29, 284 Water Road, Wembley HA0 1HX, United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

We make vegan baked goods, and many of our products are gluten free. Some products contain wheat, and this is stated on the product page. Please read each product's description and ingredients before ordering. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, get in touch before you order and we'll happily answer any questions.

Allergens

Our products may contain traces of nuts, gluten and peanuts. They are made in a kitchen that handles all of these allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any product is free from them. Although we follow best practice in preparing our treats, cross-contamination may occur. For this reason, we cannot recommend our products for people with coeliac disease or severe allergic reactions.

Please read each product's description and ingredients before ordering, and get in touch if you have any questions.

Orders and prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there's an error in the price or description, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery is explained in our shipping policy. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Cancellations, damage and returns

Because our products are baked fresh and are perishable, they can't be returned or cancelled for a change of mind once baked. Please see our refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew monthly until cancelled. To change or cancel a subscription, please get in touch before your next renewal date.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be used on any product on our website. They can't be exchanged for cash.
