Refund policy

Everything we make is baked fresh to order and is perishable, so we're not able to accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once an order has been baked.

If something isn't right

If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please get in touch and we'll look into it case by case. In most cases we'll bake and send you a replacement.

When you contact us, please include your order number and, where you can, a photo of the problem. This is optional, but it helps us and Royal Mail resolve things faster.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality and as described.
