Shipping policy

Everything is baked fresh to order by Pauline, so it arrives at its best.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the UK only. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Baking and dispatch

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are baked and dispatched on the day you order, or the next working day.
Orders placed from Friday onwards, including weekends, are baked on Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday, they are baked on Tuesday.

Delivery

We send by Royal Mail Next Day. Your order arrives 1-2 working days after it is dispatched.
UK delivery costs £5.
Delivery is free on orders of £30 or more.

Please plan to be in

Our treats are fresh and don't keep well in a sorting office. If you won't be home, please choose an address where someone can receive the parcel, or tell us in the order notes about a safe place or neighbour.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch and we will look into it. See our refund policy for details.
